Benard’s career is defined by his ability to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and strengthen interdepartmental collaboration. His hands-on leadership and data-driven approach have enabled seamless coordination between project teams, suppliers, and clients — ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Jonathan Okwiri Were
Technical Manager
Jonathan Okwiri Were is an accomplished Technical Manager and Architectural Technologist with more than 18 years of progressive experience in Kenya’s building and construction industry. A graduate of the Technical University of Kenya with a Diploma in Architecture, Jonathan has built an impressive track record in architectural design, technical documentation, and project delivery, overseeing projects that range from residential and commercial developments to institutional and industrial facilities.
Renowned for his precision and commitment to excellence, Jonathan brings exceptional skill in design coordination, construction supervision, and project management, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality, functionality, and regulatory compliance. His leadership has been integral to the success of complex, multidisciplinary projects — guiding them from concept and design development through to completion and client handover, always within scope, budget, and schedule.
Before joining Ringroad General Contractors Ltd, Jonathan provided technical leadership and architectural expertise to leading firms such as Suraya Property Group, Plence Architects Ltd, and Trioscape Planning Services Ltd, as well as consulting independently on numerous development ventures. Notable projects under his coordination include Cardinal Otunga Plaza, Luna Gardens Townhouses, and the Synergy Specialist Hospital in Kisumu.
A proficient user of ArchiCAD (up to version 27), D5 Render, Enscape, and Artlantis Render, Jonathan leverages Building Information Modelling (BIM) tools to enhance visualization, coordination, and design efficiency.
